By creating an account, browsing listings, reserving a unit, or listing a property on StayLink, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
StayLink is built for students. You confirm that the details you provide — including your name, institution, and contact number — are accurate and that you are the person you claim to be.
A reservation places a unit on hold for a limited window. Full private details (exact address and house number) are revealed only after a successful reservation. M-Pesa payments are simulated for demonstration and confirmed via the on-screen receipt.
Listing properties and services on StayLink is free of charge during our launch period. This free period is temporary: affordable paid listing plans will be introduced later, and all partners and service providers will be notified in advance before any charges apply.
Partners are responsible for accurate, up-to-date unit information. StayLink reserves the right to hide, review, or remove listings that violate these terms or mislead students.
StayLink facilitates discovery and reservation but is not a party to any rental agreement between a student and a property owner. We are not liable for disputes arising from off-platform conduct.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of StayLink after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
