How does the reservation work?
Tap Reserve on a unit and the owner receives your name and contact by email. Once they approve, the unit is held for you for 24 hours. You then pay the owner directly, they mark it as paid, and the unit is marked occupied and removed from public listings.
When do I see the exact address and house number?
Private details — the property name, exact address and house number — are revealed only after your reservation is approved, together with a clickable map link and the caretaker's contact.
How do I pay?
You pay the property owner directly. StayLink does not hold or process your rent. Once the owner confirms your payment, your unit is secured and any receipts or tenancy documents are shared with you in chat.
Are all listings verified?
Yes. Every unit and campus is reviewed by our team before it goes public, and partners must be approved before their properties appear on StayLink.

We cover campuses across Kenya — universities, KMTC colleges and other institutions. Use the search filters to pick your institution category, institution and campus, and we'll show homes near it.
