We collect the details you provide at sign up — name, email, phone number, and preferred campus — along with reservation records needed to fulfil bookings and issue receipts.
Your information is used to create your account, match you to nearby verified listings, process reservations, and send reservation confirmations and reminders via SMS or WhatsApp.
Sensitive listing details such as the exact address and house number are only revealed to a user after a verified reservation. We limit copying of these details where technically possible.
We share only the information necessary to complete a reservation with the relevant property partner or caretaker. We never sell your personal data.
Accounts are protected by authentication, and access to data is governed by row-level security. Sensitive credentials are stored server-side and never exposed to the browser.
